This show is all of my thoughts and feelings around training metrics and why/how you should decide what to use.
My mantra is keep things simple and I think this has to prevail with training metrics.

My end tip is
Swimming - use the pace clock only.
Biking - Power and heart rate - learn how to use them
Running - Heart rate only, most of the time.
